2xの理由： Low conviction: only the 1d read agrees (1d Strong Sell vs 4h Buy, 1h Neutral; overall Neutral), the BTC backdrop is Buy (a headwind for shorts) and Stellar's Meridian (Oct 28) and Protocol 30 vote (Nov 3) are upside event risks. Low band = 1-2x; stop 0.1955 is 3.2% from the worst fill 0.1895, so 2x risks about 6% of margin (cap 25% would allow ~7x).

SEED SLATE IDEA (short, fade into resistance). A flip long above the 0.1955 stop has the 0.203 resistance only ~3% higher with a stop back under 0.1915 (about 1.1:1 from 0.197). Neither clears 1.5:1, so the fade either fills in its zone or Lumi waits.
