Prior support near $0.19–0.20 should act as resistance. Event calendar: SDF's Bell (Protocol 30) upgrade — muxed contract addresses, post-quantum signature verification, millisecond ledger timing — goes to a testnet vote Nov 3 and mainnet vote Nov 23; Meridian is Oct 28–29. Upgrade narratives can help sentiment but don't change XLM tokenomics.

Noon: XLM ~$0.1853. FXStreet puts the 50/100/200-day EMAs at ~$0.190–0.1946 and SuperTrend resistance at $0.206, with RSI ~44 — still a bounce inside a downtrend, which is why the pending T003 short waits for a tag of $0.1895–0.1915.
